2006 Riesling
Aromas of peach, apricot, mint, honey and quince precede flavors of apricot flesh, baked apple, flint and ginger creme brulee. Exuberant acidity gently cushions 2% residual sugar.
2007 Riesling
Welcome to this intensely aromatic example of Riesling from NHV for 2007. Please enjoy the rich tropical fruit nose accented with hints of petrol. Juicy fruit gum, banana, passion fruit, papaya and mango fill the mouth upon entry.
2006 Gewurztraminer
This Gewürztraminer was created from the 1982 planting of Celilo Vineyard in the Columbia River Gorge. Old world methods combined with new world fruit produce a rich, aromatic Alsatian style wine.
