2008 Pinot Grigio
Clean and happily refreshing. The 2007 Pinot Grigio has wonderful crisp citrus notes on the nose with playful tart apple flavors on the palate. It finishes with a mellow lemon custard and a hint of vanilla. A superb summertime wine that pairs well with light fare including oysters.
