Brut Rose
This Brut Rose was made in the traditional French "saignee" method. The Pinot Noir grapes were crushed and allowed to sit on thier skins for 14 hours. This gives the wine its unique vibrant bolor and complex taste.
2007 Malbec
Of the "Bordeaux" varieties, Malbec is the most iconoclastic from our experience. Taste for near citrus elements and something that might be a cross between Syrah and Zinfandel.
2006 Syrah
This Syrah is similar to Cote Rotie in style – with a rich, almost smoky flavor. It tasted great within weeks of harvest and will only get better with time. Enjoy this wine with hearty winter fare such as stews and grilled meats.
2008 Red Mt. Melange
Wilridge reserves the term "Melange" for blends of wines from exceptional vintages. The last Red Mountain Melange was harvested in 2003 and featured a "Bordeaux-style" blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, and 9% Cabernet Franc from three Red Mountain vineyards. For the 2008 version, Paul again took his inspiration from Bordeaux and selected a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, all from Artz Vineyard on Red Mountain. The result is a balanced wine that should age gracefully for years.
2006 Chardonnay
From the oldest block in Washington's Grand Cru vineyard comes this lovely rich and balanced Chardonnay. Aromas of mandarin orange, apple tart tatin, wet stone and mineral precede flavors of orange, mango, hazelnut and spice.
2003 Cuvee Alexander
Bright aromas of Chambord, cassis, pencil lead, damp earth and mocha are framed by toasty oak, toffee and barrel spice. In the mouth it displays juicy black cherry and ripe plum flavors
