Spring is here - or is it?

With a week of beautiful 70 degree weather, you would think that Spring is finally here after an unusually cold winter. But the forcast calls for more chilly weather. Seriously. I'm ready to start wearing skirts again. Bring on the sunshine, I'm ready for it!
